their descendants, executor or trustee. We perform the same
services for families who have recently placed their loved ones in
an assisted retirement living, or a nursing home facility

all paper work. Dividing it into categories of personal writings and
memorabilia. Financial, pertinent to the finalization of the estate
and pertinent to the family. Nothing is thrown away without careful
review, consideration and permission. Including reviewing
computer files, check registers and mail. This is an important
process because the deceased may have had assets unknown to
anyone but themselves.
Items in the home are categorized and inventoried as valuable and
saleable, donate and disposable.
We can then move on to cleaning and organizing for an estate sale
(may hire others for these on larger estates.) Also, meeting with
contractors and real estate professionals.
