The experience of liquidating my grandmother's estate was made vastly more efficient by engaging the services of Sara Jones, "A Professional Organizer."  Sara was able to jump in and accommodate her schedule to our cramped timeline.  Since we all lived thousands of miles away, we had only 10 days to complete the job.  She quickly assessed the situation and prioritized the order in which to do things.  Her dedication to the job at hand and the goal of maximizing our profits, not to mention her boundless energy was exemplary.  Sara knows how to make things happen.  Within the space of 7 days from the time I first contacted her we organized and sifted through the many things in my grandmother's home, identified the things to keep, the things to sell, and the things to throw away (which wasn't much.)  Sara is well-versed in current values, and those she doesn't know, she researches.  She advertised the sale through the local paper, Craig's List, and her Email contacts, as well as blanketing the neighborhood with signage.  We had great crowds attending the 2 day sale.  She even found us  a cash buyer for the home, and it wasn't even on the market yet!  We closed on the sale of the home two short weeks after her Estate Sale.   She followed up after the sale, by promptly clearing out the things that did not sell and donating them to her extensive list of needy charities.  Sara has great integrity.  Though Sara is a business woman foremost, she ended up as a friend.
