Estate Administration includes... a careful examination of all paperwork
     We specialize in clearing homes of the deceased as a service to their decendants, executor, or trustee.  We perform the same services for families who have recently placed their loved ones into assisted retirement living,
or a nursing home facility.
     Nothing is thrown away without careful review, consideration, and permission including reviewing computer files, check registers, and mail. This is an important process as the deceased may have assets unknown to anyone but themselves.
     We also enjoy working with seniors who are making these decisions for themselves. What seems overwhelming and impossible becomes much less stressful when you use our services.      Items in the home are categorized and inventoried as valuable and saleable, donate-able and disposable.
     Estate Administration includes, but is not limited to, a careful examination of all paperwork, dividing it into categories: personal writings and memorabilia, financial, pertinent to the closing of the estate, or pertinent to the family.      We can then move on to cleaning and organizing for an estate sale. We may hire others to help on larger estates.  At this point we would also meet with contractors and real estate professionals.
